Temporary Branch Operation Change

UPDATE - 03/27/2020:

MOVFCU Members,

As we continue to do our part to slow the spread of the Corona Virus in our community, you will notice some additional operational changes at your Credit Union.

Beginning Monday, March 30, our hours of operation will be from 9am – 5pm. On Saturday, our hours will remain 8:30 am – 12pm. During these reduced hours, the Member and Financial Services Departments will remain fully staffed and ready to assist you. We will continue to serve your financial needs through our drive thru, over the phone, and via email.

As always, online banking, mobile banking, Expressline, Mobile Deposit, ATM Access, and all of our electronic services will be available to you 24 hours a day.

Thank you for being a member of MOVFCU! We can’t wait until life gets back to normal and we are able to return to regular operations.

Beloved members of Missouri Valley Federal Credit Union,

As you are all aware, our country has been plunged into a time of uncertainty and crisis. Every American and every community has been affected by the Coronavirus and COVID – 19.

We are living in unprecedented times and in extremely abnormal conditions as Americans. We love our freedom. Our ability to roam. Our free spirits lead us on adventures and excursions often at will. We are not used to reigning in our passion for the open road, travel, and get togethers with those we love.

But, as previously mentioned, these are unprecedented times. Our local, state, and national leaders have asked us to temper our social behavior for 15 days. “15 Days to Slow the Spread” is a bold attempt to stifle the virus that has crept across our great nation.

Our leaders are taking this bold step in the best interests of our country, especially the elderly and those with weakened immune systems.

In order to protect our members and employees, we have chosen to restrict member access to our lobby.

Effective March 18, 2020, no one will be allowed into our building except for Credit Union employees and volunteers.

However, we will continue to service our members through the drive thru and electronic channels.

  • We will remain open during normal business hours.
  • All cash transactions will have to be made through the drive thru, at an ATM, or at a Shared Branch location.
  • We will continue to take phone calls and respond to email.
  • We will take loan applications online. For most loan types,  alternative loan closing options such as DocuSign are available.
  • Online, Mobile, and phone banking will all be accessible 24/7/365.
  • During the lobby closure, all ATM fees charged by another institution will be refunded to your account – up to $20/month
  • The lobby closure will remain in effect until April 6, 2020. We will reassess the situation at that time and decide on further action.

These steps are being taken not out of fear, but in hope that if we work together, we can defeat the spread of this virus.

Together we are strong. Together we will prevail.
