Have a safe and wonderful holiday weekend celebrating our great nation with family and friends.

6/19/2020 - Reopening and return to normal operating hours

Welcome back to your Credit Union, Missouri Valley FCU Members! We’ve missed you!

At 8:30am on Monday, June 22, 2020, we are reopening our lobby to serve you and all of your financial needs…with a few adjustments.

We will still be taking some precautions to make sure you and our staff remain safe and healthy in the coming weeks:

  • We encourage you to continue to use our convenient e-banking services and our drive thru for cash transactions whenever possible.
  • Hand sanitizer is available for all visitors. Feel free to sanitize those germs away.
  • Cough shields have been installed at every MSR and FSR workspace. We are thrilled we are able to see you again, but let’s keep our germs to ourselves.
  • We encourage everyone to wash their hands regularly for 20 seconds with soap and warm water.
  • Please practice social distancing as often as possible. Look for the blue floor stickers for guidance.
  • Our staff will be sanitizing and wiping down all areas of the lobby regularly. This includes door handles, flat surfaces, and all high traffic touch areas.
  • If you are experiencing COVID-19 like symptoms, please do not enter the lobby. Online banking and mobile banking are convenient ways to access your account. Also, our team members are always just a phone call (636.978.8800) or email away ([email protected]).
  • Don't want to wait in our lobby to talk to a Team Member? You can still make an appointment using our simple online scheduling tool. Super convenient and easy to use. You are going to love it!

Why are we taking these precautions? Even though the Missouri statewide health order is no longer in place, it is important to us that you stay safe and healthy as we return to normal operations. We appreciate your membership and look forward to seeing you again!

Lastly, if your finances have been negatively affected by the COVID crisis, we are here to help you through difficult times. Make an appointment and chat with a Team Member. We are here for you!

05/11/2020 - Message from our CEO, Operational Update:

Members of Missouri Valley Federal Credit Union,

In the last 60 days our way of life has been upended beyond what we could have even imagined just a few months ago. The way we shop, how we work and interact with each other, and even conversations have been drastically affected by the COVID-19 crisis. Frankly, I won’t complain if I never hear the terms “unprecedented”, “social distancing”, and “asymptomatic” again.

On May 4, Governor Parsons enacted new guidelines concerning the COVID-19 Crisis for Missouri’s businesses and public gatherings. This is the beginning of the journey back to “business as normal” for the State of Missouri.

We have decided to follow a “proceed with caution” phased plan to the reopening of our lobby to members and guests.

Effective immediately, you will be able to schedule an appointment with a member of the Missouri Valley FCU Team. Click here to easily schedule an appointment to open an account, schedule a loan closing or a notary, visit your safe deposit box, or meet with a Team Member about your account.

For your safety and the safety of the Missouri Valley FCU Team, we ask that all guests to the lobby practice social distancing. Hand sanitizer will be available for use. All areas will be properly sanitized between visits. Masks are not mandatory, but are encouraged. If you choose to wear a mask, it will need to be briefly removed for identification purposes. All visitors to the lobby must answer a series of health and well questions before being allowed to enter.

All cash transactions can still be handled through our drive thru. Also, please continue to utilize our website, online banking, mobile banking, email, and contact center. These remain the most efficient and convenient methods to access your account or reach a team member.

Please know your health and wellbeing are at the fore front of every decision we make. As life slowly returns to normal, we will continue cautiously down the path to full operations.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. I know this has been a long lasting and difficult time for everyone. It is our hope and prayer we will be able to welcome everyone back to Missouri Valley Federal Credit Union in the near future.

Please stay healthy, safe, and full of hope.

03/17/2020 -

Beloved members of Missouri Valley Federal Credit Union,

As you are all aware, our country has been plunged into a time of uncertainty and crisis. Every American and every community has been affected by the Coronavirus and COVID – 19.

We are living in unprecedented times and in extremely abnormal conditions as Americans. We love our freedom. Our ability to roam. Our free spirits lead us on adventures and excursions often at will. We are not used to reigning in our passion for the open road, travel, and get togethers with those we love.

But, as previously mentioned, these are unprecedented times. Our local, state, and national leaders have asked us to temper our social behavior for 15 days. “15 Days to Slow the Spread” is a bold attempt to stifle the virus that has crept across our great nation.

Our leaders are taking this bold step in the best interests of our country, especially the elderly and those with weakened immune systems.

In order to protect our members and employees, we have chosen to restrict member access to our lobby.

Effective March 18, 2020, no one will be allowed into our building except for Credit Union employees and volunteers.

However, we will continue to service our members through the drive thru and electronic channels.

  • We will remain open during normal business hours.
  • All cash transactions will have to be made through the drive thru, at an ATM, or at a Shared Branch location.
  • We will continue to take phone calls and respond to email.
  • We will take loan applications through
  • Online, Mobile, and phone banking will all be accessible 24/7/365.
  • During the lobby closure, all ATM fees charged by another institution will be refunded to your account – up to $20/month
  • The lobby closure will remain in effect until further notice.

These steps are being taken not out of fear, but in hope that if we work together, we can defeat the spread of this virus.

Together we are strong. Together we will prevail.

Finally, if your finances have been negatively affected by this crisis in any way – job loss, loss of hours, etc, please call or email us. We have ways that we can help and would love to talk with you.

May you all stay safe, hopeful, and healthy.

Josh Rodriguez
