We do not disclose any non public personal information about Our members and former members to anyone, except as permitted by law.

Information Disclosed to Service Providers and Joint Marketing Companies About Existing and Former Members

We may disclose the following information to companies that perform marketing services on Our behalf of other financial institutions with whom We have joint marketing agreements:

  • Information We receive from You on applications or other forms, such as Your name, address, Social Security number, assets, and income; and
  • Information about Your transactions with Us, Our affiliates, or others, such as Your account balance, payment history, parties to transactions, and credit card usage; and
  • Information We receive from a consumer reporting agency, such as Your creditworthiness and credit history.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about You to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to You. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard Your nonpublic personal information.

This statement provides information about privacy related to usage of our website. For information about privacy practices in connection with accounts and services we provide (including online banking), refer to our Privacy Notice found above, the .PDF version can be found below. Our general website does not gather personal data from visitors. However, we may use web analytics services to help us analyze site usage and improve the user experience. These services do not collect personal  information about a user. Rather, they employ "cookies", which are files placed on your computer to generate information about your use of the website. The cookie provides information about your use of the website (including your IP address), which is transmitted to us or to our analytics provider. Our Mobile App and your Location Data
 
Our mobile banking app periodically collects, transmits, and uses geolocation information to support features that prevent fraudulent card use and alerts, but only if you expressly authorize collection of such information. You may choose whether geolocation information can be monitored on a continuous basis in the background, only while the app is being used, or not at all. You can change your location permissions at any time in your device settings.
